Amma (Telugu: అమ్మ) is an upcoming 3-D film to be directed by Ram Gopal Varma. The film deals with witch hunt and revolves around the Goddess Kali who's revered as the Mother Goddess; Amma means mother in Telugu.
Ram Gopal Varma, who is currently busy with the production of Bezawada Rowdy-lu in Telugu, shall possibly start this film after the former sees its theatrical release in the fag end of 2011. Amma will be extensively shot in Congo Basin, Amazon forests and near Caspian Sea.
No crew details are divulged yet. International cast and crew may be associated with this film according to initial reports.
Vivek Oberoi, Arjun, Sonu Sood, Zayed Khan, Abhimanyu Singh, Naseeruddin Shah, Subba Raju, Brahmanandam will play the main star cast in Amma.
